Meet the Mind Mode Admin Team!

These lovely humans do everything to ensure your bookings run smoothly and a whole bunch of background stuff you wouldn’t expect.

They are in charge of making bookings, taking payments, getting your rebates through and stocking up the waiting room with hand sanitiser, Mentos, tea and coffee!

They are also the wonderful people here to greet you, make you feel comfortable while you wait for your clinician and help you with any enquiry. Each of our team are focused on being friendly and professional, to ensure you feel safe and can trust that they will do the best they can by you.
