Clinical Psychologist – Campbelltown
Megan (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist with a background providing psychological support and intervention for anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social and generalised anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, health anxiety, specific phobias), PTSD and complex trauma, depression, grief and loss and adjustment concerns.
She is passionate about client-centred, trauma-informed treatment and believes creating a strong, trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship is an integral part of therapy.
Megan predominantly works with adolescents (13+) and adults and draws from various evidence-based approaches based on each individual’s needs and goals.
Including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema therapy.
